(United Kingdom) I live 1 hour away (by bus) from my work place and the bus goes there every 30 minutes. What does this have to do with cultural difference? Just read below.

Today I finished work few minutes later and had to run to the bus stop if I didn't want to wait for 30mins for another bus. Unfortunately just when I reach the road I see bus coming (from other side of the road then I am). The road is as always very active and it takes awhile till you can cross it. I'm standing...
