I know a lot of people are alone and sad on this day. I'm sorry for those people, I really am. I used to be the same way.

Today is the first day.

Today, I've begun a new healthier lifestyle.

It would be nice to say that I did this to be a healthier and less disease-prone person, but that's just not the case. I'm taking on the challenge of reforming my lifestyle in order to win a bet.
