So I've been doing long distance running for years now. It's part of my everyday life to take on about 6.5 km in most evenings. Running develops stamina and stamina is very needed in martial arts (which I've also been doing for a really long time).

But lately strange things have been happening while running. About a week a go I started feeling that toes in my right leg feel like I would have been sitting on them for a while. You know that feeling when you have slept on your hand...

I had a hospital appointment today for x-rays and check-ups on my right foot and ankle. The hospital I went to was called the Hospital for Special Surgery.
