I'd been thinking recently about what could actually be, and what couldn't.

One example was that, when we are asleep, are we actually dead, then come back to life when awakened?

Yes, I know that isn't true, but it still came across my mind.

I am & have always been on a strict sleeping schedule because I always have to worry about waking up early for my sports and making sure I sleep enough to recover properly and be able to train hard the next day....but sometimes that doesn't happen and I end up suffering in the future lol.

I can't remember the last time I pulled an all-nighter, but that is the most I've gone w/o sleep before. (Around 32 hours awake)

So, how long have you gone without sleep before??...
