As the title shows I need help....BAD!!
My problem is I can't sleep and before someone says take a sleeping pill I refuse to take them.

So to explain my situation and for those that know me they know how blunt and honest I can be (sometimes rude :P I will admit that). So to those who don't LOL enjoy reading this.

Here is my deal I have not been able to sleep and what little sleep I have managed is restless and not that real good deep sleep that we all need....

Yeah, so i was really tired this morning, head hurting a bit and i am just generally tired -.-

So i'm listening to this track, for me it is very relaxing.
So i thought i'd share it with everybody else that likes this type of music and needs to chill out =)

Far too often is death metal the subject of the ire of those who have either not heard it, or listened to a random grindcore song on YouTube because a friend told them how bad it was and they generalized it across all metal.

One of the things that bothers me most about heavy metal in general is the horridly misguided stereotype that it's screaming and noise. The only actual kind of extreme metal that can even be called close is grindcore, and that kind of music is really hard to find....
