Steady breakfast!

I'm one among the few people.. at least in my surroundings that can eat and hold a steady breakfast. Today would be one of those days where I ate a pretty steady breakfast. Now a steady breakfast for me would be either

[2-4 sandwiches, orange juice or juice of some kind, tea, cereal+yoghurt]

[Fried bacon, eggs, potatoes]

[What we had yesterday for dinner... a full size meal]

And the last one I must say works really well... I don't get hungry for several hours :P

After my run in with a HUGE sonofabitchen spider this morning, I thought I'd share with you all some tips I have on how to properly and efficiently kill a spider. Or any mothereffing insect with tons of little squirmy icky legs. So, here it is. My steps for killing a bug/insect/spider/creepy crawly/silverfish/"EWWW what is that disgusting thing?!"
