So, once again I found myself laying in bed at 6am with an alarm clock going off letting me know that I had to get ready for my 12mile long run this morning. Really not wanting to, but knowing I had to I got out of bed and got ready in like 5min then shot out the door to go enjoy the early morning weather before the blazing Texas heat rolled in. Most of the time I feel like I'm only half awake when I start my runs, but after doing it for so long you get used to it....
