Ok, so for the last couple of months me and my friend have been working on a (pretty awful) youtube channel focused on gaming. The channel has 24 subscribers, at the time i'm writing this, for 45 videos of varying quality. When we started out we had our minds set on a consistent schedule of 1 upload a day which quickly changed to 1 upload every other day for obvious reasons.

Looking back now I regret having a schedule, all it meant was that an occasional video was sloppy and rushed...
