okay so today I was going to work at a church in Elerya, Ohio. and we couldn't go south over this one highway. The reason was Obama was in town and they were checkin for snipers and bombs and stuff. THEN while I couldn't go south some lady shot 2 people.
I ended up getting to the church to help out with the kids then 10min later it was over.

i have been going through a dark tunnel it seems. my life has been pretty depressing for a while now. i don't know when i entered this dark tunnel but it has been a long road. at long last i finally saw some light at the end of this tunnel. in the form of my book finally going some were. the problem is that it will be as much as six months before i see any real results from it. so even though the end is in sight i still feel the darkness of the tunnel around me. the strange part is that it doesn't...

I have had the same problem foot-wise. It was very strange to be honest. I remembered having pain after skipping, jumping, and running. Each time my foot would come in contact with the ground, that one nuisance would come springing back up on me. I kept on complaining to my mother that I was beginning to feel tired so easily along with becoming winded. I remembered kicking my punching bag in my martial arts class, and my foot became limp (talk about "ouch").
