i need "garageband like" apps..that are also free

anyone know of any, please inform me. it has to have a variety of sound loops, and i need to be able to convert the finished piece to mp3/mp4 that i can save on my tablet.

I may not have many completed songs since I jack around a lot, but I sure get some great riffs and melodies.

Latest completed song, written and performed by me because I'm kind of a control freak when it comes to art. That's why I have to do my group work alone in Creative Writing. I end up just working by myself and nobody else has any say.
