So my birthday coming up in about a month and I always wondered is it suppose to feel special? I mean I know it's the day I was born and all but for some reason I don't consider it such a big event. Like there are kids in my school who go around and yell YAY IT'S MY BIRTHDAY. When I usually just keep it to myself and not tell anyone except really close friends on occasions. Do you guys have a tips to ...relieve a tiredness?

I've been extra busy this year...with school and sports...and a tons of miles homework...i go to school at 7am and came back home at 6pm (extra 6 hour because of baseball training/School stuff) and then i'll sleep until 1am...and do my homework...and get back to sleep..around 2.30/3.30am...wake up at 6.....i really messed up my sleeping schedule and i always get sleepy on school.....and a freaking insomnia....

if you guys in this situation..what'll you do? extra sleep? or...
