Actually i don't think that Lucy's cousin Michelle is really related to her...here's my theory...in the book with the key of starry stars, a little girl with blonde hair was looking for happiness right? but she made all those around her unhappy by doing so, Michelle could have been that girl and her search for happiness destroyed her family (remember she's the only sole survivor) so i guess she was not happy with what happened, she took the clock hand and took it to Lucy and tricked her. (remember she ushered Lucy to find out what her 'father's memento' was!) so yeah, tricked her into helping her find the other pieces (maybe only one person gets a chance at that key to happiness thing or she knew that legion-zentopia (had ties with Michelle's family) were after the clock parts and went to the strongest guild she has heard of.) cuz no matter how you look at it, Lucy has a good memory... Michelle's character is not one you could pass off easily too....also this particular arc villains were brought back to create more time for the other arc to expand... :)i hope you like if you understand the theory....though a bit far-fetched....my opinion though...WHAT DO YOU THINK?
