I know that there are some active in the old one but I am just curious on opinion of others. I personally think It would be a great idea to start a new welcome committee under new management as it allows people to give newcomers welcomes plus just as the welcome committee members should have put like Mugetsu wanted us to was rules and anything that may be helpful to new person.
