Confrontation - Reading the situation

So today I saw that one guy that has borrowed my cousins Monopoly: Paradise Island board game. He hasn't given it back to my cousin even though we have asked many times. So I went up to him and said "Hey [name], you know my cousins Monopoly. You better give it back now" he's puzzled and responds "Hi, what?" "You know the Monopoly you borrowed." I replied
