This hierarchy system at work is so ridiculous. There are roughly 5 tiers of responsibility here. It sometimes feels like such a stupid system since you have to go through certain channels to inform everyone. Instead of everyone working as a single slice, we have different slices in our cake of a company.

It's like, I report to my superior, who has a superior, who I will listen to if he wants me to do something. But if someone who is superior to me, but doesn't have my superiors'...
