Business with Lithuanians... sigh

Lately we've been selling off some materials to some Lithuanian companies. I went to meet their curier and promised English speaker on Friday, and another company's curier today.

All I can say is... what did I expect?
Did I expect them to keep their word and not make any fuzz? Did I expect for them to be able to speak simple English? - Yup.
Were my expectations met? - Nope

Sadly, the reputation of the eastern Baltic citizens are represented by companies...
