Do you know some sort of anime that has a very weak main character in the beginning ?

Then later on he discover her secret potential and become awesome... And if possible i want the main character to have a tough lading lady... that bullies him from the start because of the fact that he's weak...

Ex... Kaze no stigma... I think its close enough
