Well as of yesterday I broke my right wrist for the 4th time in my life. Over all I have broken my right ankle 3 times my right heel once, shattered my right knee cap, broke my right elbow, and dislocated my right shoulder in my life time. It all just happens to be my right side of my body. In before you say drink more milk. I drink plenty of milk and get enough calcium. Most of the breaks were back in the day when I used to skateboard a lot. Now I don't hate breaking bones I mean yea it hurts but...
