When exactly should I start studying?

Today is the 15th and I keep asking myself why I can't open my book and start having some serious studying because in exact one month from today starts the examination period in my university. Ouch!!! I really, really, really want to study, hard and seriously, but I can't. I'm in despair. Heeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!!!!!!!!
