last thursday my arm started hurting below my shoulder but above my bicep at first it only hurt when i picked up heavy things but steadily got worse by monday it hurt so much i could barely do a single pushup by yesterday i couldent even pick up a pillow it hurt so much and now just moving it makes it feel like someone is trying to pull my arm off the thing is there is no swelling or even any sign of injury so i have no idea whats going on
