Hey Everyone,
For those of you who care enough I thought I would let y'all know that I won't be around much for awhile. It may be temporary or it may end up being permanent, but for now my situation will only allow me to be around sparingly. Due to the positive direction my life is taking combined with a lot of great opportunities I seem to only be getting busier and busier.

I felt the need to share an inspiring speech I discovered a long time ago as well as an awesome amv I found recently that goes with it. Since, I am competing in a high level of collegiate sports (Cross-Country and Track & Field) I've had to become more focused and determined in my life to balance everything. Furthermore the season is fast approaching with some heavy competition ahead. So, this speech really helps. It's originally titled, "Versus" by John Doman. Hope y'all enjoy it....

So, it's about that time. I fly back home today to attend my big brothers wedding that's tomorrow. I'll be acting as one of his groomsmen in the wedding and will be making it just in time to join the rehearsal dinner tonight.
I'm pretty excited because I've always looked up to my big brother and happy for this moment happening in his life. It's crazy how fast time flies though, because it seemed like just yesterday we were little kids playing together.

So, I just got back to my apartment after going to our university's sports facility and taking an ice bath there. Justly so because before that I had just finished my morning long run workout (90min - 13.5mi/21.6km). I've never been one to complain about ice bathes especially since I know the benefit of them to recovery for the body, but that doesn't mean I like them haha. While I was a little above waist deep in the ice bath I checked the temperature and it said 52degrees Fahrenheit (11.1 degrees...
