Grandma, Please Don't Die

I was playing Magic Piano on my iPad, and then I get a call. At first, I thought it was my mom since my mom's number came up, but when I picked it up, it was my grandmother's voice.

As usual, she greeted me and said how much she misses me and all. All I could do was answer her questions, because I had to be formal. But then, I noticed something was wrong. She started telling me to not leave her side (it's the first time she has actually said that to me), and then she started crying....
