make PPSSPP (almost) stutter-free

what i hated about PPSSPP and almost made me want to buy an actual PSP is that most of the games have this stuttering issue (particularly Danganronpa).

i've been ferreting around the net in search of a solution. and i think i may have found one.

First off, download Razer Game Booster (Razer Game Booster Performance Boosting & Screencapture Software - Razer United States) and install it.

and download the latest PPSSPP build (search on google "PPSSPP...
