Watch Streaming Anime Online Free - English Subbed & Dubbed Episodes

So as you guys know I'm stranded in bed, can't really run around or do much else, and even for a hardcore fan like me there comes a time when you need a break from watching Anime.
I'm also a hardcore gamer, though with the pain and meds (morphine and such) my favorite genres (MMORPG/MOBA) and online games are off limits - I would not want others to suffer due to my poor performance or just me quitting halfway due to pain.
I have raided Steam for something new, thinking of something...

I have an easy job, work in IT, in front of my PC, don't really exercise much at all lately (used to, but I got too lazy for it). I finish work and I watch anime/TV series, play games....
Been doing this repetitive stuff for years now, up till like a week ago when my back just gave out. Too much sitting in the damn chair in front of the PC. You'd think that's BS... well I did too, now I ain't sure if I'll walk straight ever...
