Okay, last Thursday my lil' sister and my best friend came to pick me up from school. We were walking towards the parking lot and this guy, was driving @ i think 25mph on 10mph lane (i'll jus call it that), well cuz it's a parking lot. He saw us coming, and we thought he was going to stop cuz it's a ped. crosswalk. Idiot kept on going and he almost ran my sister over. His car was like just a few inches from where my sister was standing. Our best friend was like asshole.
