I'd like to congratulate these two for being promoted. Valkerion decided that it was time to have more than just one Special Events Coordinator (SEC) so he first, decided on Mugetsu - that was a given.
Then, he asked Kz for a suggestion and Dream was picked. Also a given. It's great to see more people, as Kz has repeatedly told me he's very busy with work, school and real life. Hopefully now this will not be an issue.
