I totally found him on the road from Windhelm to Rorikstead today. Oh yeah, fucking awesome. First, Morrowind, then Cyrodil, and now he's in Skyrim. Still saying eccentric things. Hooray!

I was thinking I might find some information on... Shit... I forget his name. One of the people (the horse-thief) you start out with on the wagon who tries to run for it and gets shot.

He said he was from Rorikstead. I thought it might be an unwritten quest or something to find out...
