Yeah, apparently there are like eight of those rivers. This one is the most significant, of course, because it washes over you the flowing waters of my wisdom.

This was an assignment in my AP Music Theory class, actually.

We had to write a 16-bar chorale with at least one modulation (I went from D to b, with a bit of A towards the end).

I did it in one class, and I started with the bass. The soprano came next, and the inner voices I guessed, frankly. It came out surprisingly well, though it is rather unorthodox. The counterpoint is more reminiscent of the 17th century rather than the 18th which we are taught, apparently. I...
