OKay so it just stuck me that in anime and even in life people run their daily lives according to something, whether it be a quote or a saying. I just want to know what means do you live your life?

Mine is from a book the seris is the Sword of Truth, and the main charecter was taught that in order to solve a problem, dwelling on the problem wont do anything. The rule that i live by is, Look for the Solution not the Problem. I'll enjoy your responses. =D
