so I was looking at the ep. list for dokidoki procure on wiki: List of Dokidoki! PreCure episodes - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia when I saw that ep. 16 is titled this: "Regina Mou Attack! Mana is Mine!". Idk but I think that this ep reveals that mana IS either the current queen of trump kingdom or she is the next queen of trump kingdom.
also, regina later turns out to be Cure Ace.
