your body is trying to eject whatever they deem as unhealthy out of you, so the diarrhoea and the vomitting. in both cases u will lose large amounts of water, so stay hydrated.

if there is still an open private clinic near your home..go see one and get something immediately. it is difficult to sleep when your body is trying to eject the harmful stuff out..
