Well you didn't hear this from me but all you gotta do is disguise yourself as a "State structural inspector" get some fake credentials and what you do is you go to her house and tell her the state is checking out all the houses in the block to see if their structures aren't defective or full of mold or something..

Make up some bullshit story how the state have gotten reports about that once you are in the house the rest is easy while you check her room pretend to be inspecting something you found there and then cough like it's harmful.. THEN you ask her for a glass of water and while she gets it she'll leave you alone in the room.
