All of that is bad, because you're messing up your sleeping cycle, which is crucial for a human to function .x./ Damaging your sleeping cycle can lead to things like your skin becoming bad and dark circles and luggishness and sour attitudes and all kinds of scary things~! QxQ I saw in this one show this girl slept too much and her muscles were in more pain because of it, her body was really stiff and stuff from it <3<3 |
