It may have even been someone working for an electricity company.
Maybe someone died to give me warmth from this heater. Now that you mention it, millions of people have--at the very least.
And maybe somewhere, maybe even somewhere within running distance, there's someone right now who would die if I don't give them this warmth. That makes me want to cry, but I don't cry.

Even despite it all, I'm still using electricity in plenty of ways, both to feel warm, write this message, and also to simply entertain myself.
