Well, i have gone for 3 months straight of not fapping, so it isn't necessarily that i will give in to the urge just because my body and even my mind tells me to fap. I always keep myself occupied all the time to prevent the urge from acting up. If i need to de-stress, i only turn to games. I just have confidence in my own willpower, that's all.
