Sort of, Canada is a bilingual country, and Quebec is just one of its provinces.....

There are English schools and of course English school boards, hence I never properly learnt French... it also had a lot to do with me having 0 ability to focus on anything as a kid lol

I used that excuse on my french teacher, she still gave me a B
