They usually ask if you want to install a certain browser when you install the game or set as default program. I can't see a reason for why a game will only be compatible with one browser, they just aren't that difficult to get around.

LoL's store uses your IE settings(as if u set content to strict your store wont work anywhere but frontpage till u lower it)
