apologies that i had to go off like that, on another one of those..mini-rants. not that i have something against Delt personally, but just that i have something against that attitude. i do not like my current job and the strange environment in the office either, but all i can do is just give it my best regardless of the little knowledge that i have technically.

well..u cannot quit as it is a permanent position. all that you can do, is to turn this negative energy into doing your best for the organization. first and foremost, adjust yourself mentally before handling your juniors. everything communicated (80 or 90% body language, and 10 or 20% verbal) reflects what your true thoughts are towards the organization

hmm..Girls und Panzer..i was able to. did you try the other mirrors? because AU Engine worked perfectly for me. tried clearing your cache? history, cookies etc
