But I think it's 1. you purposely go out of you're way to avoid said "thing"
2. it causes increased anxiety... and by increased I mean not like when you get scared but like anxiety overload that you can't function properly...
And i think lastly it has to effect your everyday life somehow... don't quote me on this... like I said I can't remember perfectly.
No... when I see a roach I literally run out of the house screaming... till mummy or daddy kills it. | If we go by this then it may just be a phobia of Australia, since I'd want to avoid it
But I won't fall into#2 or 3
I can kill a flying cockroach after the adrenaline rush gets me some distance between us
I killed a bee when I was a kid, but got stung in the process and am more wary of them and wasps now won't kill but'll keep me distance |
