(Around midnight)

It was the longest night I had ever experienced, the moon gazed through the windows that I hadn't cleaned in months. That cheap car freshener was chaffing my nostrils, it became so nauseating that I started feeling sick. I quickly unhooked it from the mirror, kept an eye on the road, slowly rolled down my window when I saw it looking back at me.

It's gory expression was hewn into my mind. I swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle. The truck's horn bellowing into my eardrums. S***, I'm about to lose control. I swerve into a ditch....


It seems like a few hours had passed, it was still in the dark hours of the morning.

My Buick had flipped as I lay strung up to my chair by the seat belt. Shards of glass scattered above my head, or should I say below. F*** I couldn't tell which way was up for a sec. Then I heard footsteps...

''Help, I need help, please!''

I got no reply as I wheezed out my distress.

The rear door closed shut, I look to the mirror hanging in it's place...
