I did 2.5km rowing in 10mins & I jump 1.65m or even higher, I forgot it lol. I got quite the stamina, but I'm a lazy guy xD like really...
@Jacob, it probably gonna take more then an hour :P I do it on 40-50ish mins when putting my bike on the highest bicycle gear & that's 21 xD, though I lower it when I have to do a hill xD |
