I drink lots of juice to try and get my immunity system better...
Milk, not so much... I heard milk helps you sleep, but I have amnesia pretty much everyday and I'm like, pretty hyper all day long without a wink of sleep. Milk doesn't help one bit, so I take a couple of sleeping pills...
