Hahahahah crunches aren't actually that good for getting abs... i know the good exersices ;)

Let's just hope I can get them in time... it's hard to find time to exersice with work... T.T

for getting a sixpack, training doesn't help much, you mainly must reduce the fat you take in ... a lot of not-so-well trained people have sixpacks because the just don't eat properly.
I am quite content with my abdominal muscles even if they only show as clearly as I liked them to if I contract them, but they are a great help in MA training already lol
