I beg to differ.

Kidnapping a child without getting caught is such a feat.

You must go through great lengths, for example.You must have an alibi, if you have a good one, you won't be suspecting of the kidnapping.

Preventing the child from going unnoticed for a little bit is also a good strategy, once you're gone and at your house, and you have no connection with previous kidnappings, and no relation with the child, you're golden.

Unless you screw up and someone police get contacted, you have a connection, a faulty alibi, or you're just plain stupid, you should be home-free for a while.
