Black hair, ponytail, side fringe, doesnt wear makeup. . . just like. . . average normal girl. And i havent really known her that much to judge.

might do a "stakeout" and talk to her more often, but that would be er. . quite difficult.

There is nothing difficult about this one. Literally go up to her and start with a comliment then get straight to the point. Bring up the text tell her some feely touchy stuff and meet her outside of school hours and do something fun.
