Well it is, but then again the same happened to me. Well she confessed her feelings out of the blue. So it might be a bit different. I guess getting to know her better will be the best thing to do.

Well you didn't seem very enthusiastic when you described her like she doesn't really impress you much

you could always do a social experiment by first saying no and listing everything about her that made you say that...then the next day say yes and do the same thing every day for the next week
