It's because you're still a new user~

There's some restrictions for new users that I had which were pretty annoying tbh. Like the PM thing, no blog function, and some other stuff. There's a thread for it somewhere, I'll see if I could find it for you. I think you get into normal user status after 50 post or after being here for 1 week... something like that.
