i usually don't accept friend requests from people i haven't talked to :\
then there's some i don't accept because....well certain reasons

and the "certain reasons" part is understandable

whether you talked to them or not it doesn't really matter or whether they are on your friend list or not

Of course, the friend feature is important, that's why it's there. So are you saying that I should remove all of the people in that list and it doesn't matter? That would make them upset! being rejected or removed off a simple friend list!

i said talked to them or whether they are on your list. In the long run people come and go.
