I was good, had work in the morning, gymed at lunch then went out to eat with a few friends and ended up eating dinner with them too... now i'm home and revising some of my lesson plans for tommorow :D

well the best left, but they still have mark henry, kane, damien sandow, dolph ziggler, sheamus (if he turns heel again), of course randy can, if triple h comes back...all i can think of right now
