Well, that's different story then. And you could always improve if you really want. Yes, available free time for it is sure important, but, i think if you offer only small amount of your time, you could move forward to reaching that better state in writing more sooner. Although, it's not like it is impossible if you take one step at a time. You surely do that, just make sure to keep yourself at the right track, and you should be fine in no time. Probably :D

Definitely saw it on TV with adversitements and scenes skips when you switch different channel for commercial to finish as i recall..
